Ms. Nemeth joined MetalCorp as a director in July 2007 and was appointed President and CEO from October 2009 to June 2010. Most recently she served as Vice President of Investor Relations for Homeland Energy Group Inc., a coal-producer in South Africa. Prior to this, Ms. Nemeth served in senior investor relations roles in the mining industry with African Copper, Wolfden Resources and Desert Sun Mining. With more than 20 years' experience, Ms. Nemeth has also held senior roles in the pharmaceutical and health sciences sector as well as in the financial services sector.

Ms. Nemeth began her career as a field exploration geologist with Inco in the Yukon and Northern Ontario and holds an Honours BSc in Geology and Biology from Brock University and a Masters Degree in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario.
