MetalCorp Terminates Interest in the Dorset Property near Wawa, Ontario

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO, CANADA (March 11, 2011) - MetalCorp Limited ("MetalCorp" or the "Company") (TSXV – MTC) announces that it has decided to abandon its interest in the Dorset Gold Property located near Wawa, Ontario. The Company has also been advised that its joint venture partner, Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. has made a similar decision.

"As part of our continuing evaluation and assessment of our properties, this particular holding was one that no longer fit our current list of priorities, and thus, a management decision was made to drop it from our current roster" Says Chris Dougherty, President of MetalCorp.
