METALCORP AGREES TO SELL MINING CLAIMS TO WESDOME

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO, CANADA (June 2, 2014) - MetalCorp Limited (“MetalCorp”) (TSXV – MTC) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. “Wesdome”) to sell two unpatented mining claims (the “Claims”) near Wesdome’s Eagle River Mine in Ontario.

Under the terms of the agreement, MetalCorp will sell the Claims to Wesdome for gross proceeds of $40,000. Additionally, MetalCorp has retained a 2% NSR Royalty on the Claims. The sale is expected to be completed later this month.
