| July 03, 2007 Naomi Nemeth Joins MetalCORP Limited Board of Directors | |
| THUNDER BAY---03 July 2007 -- MetalCORP Limited (TSX-V:MTC) is pleased to announce that Naomi Nemeth has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Ms. Nemeth will serve as an independent Director working with other members of the Board responsible for the stewardship of the Company. Naomi is presently the Vice President of Investor Relations for African Copper (TSX:ACU). She was most recently the Vice President, Investor Relations for Wolfden Resources Inc. until its acquisition by Zinifex Limited. Before this Naomi was Vice President, Investor Relations for Desert Sun Mining until they were taken over by Yamana Gold in 2006. Ms. Nemeth has shown a history of involvement with very successful companies. With more than 20 years experience, Ms. Nemeth has served as Director of Global External Communications for health science company, MDS Inc., Manager of Corporate Communications at Biovail Corporation and has held a variety of corporate communications and investor relations roles in the financial services and pharmaceutical sector. Naomi has also held senior communications roles with industry advocacy associations and the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines with the Ontario Government. Naomi graduated from Brock University with an Honours B.Sc. in Geology / Biology and a Masters degree in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario. She began her career as a field exploration geologist with Inco in the Yukon and Northern Ontario. Until May 2006, Ms. Nemeth held the role of President of the Ontario chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and continues to serve on the CIRI Ontario board as Past President. MetalCORP management welcomes Ms. Nemeth whose contribution will assist with Company growth and increase shareholder value. The Company's President, D. Naomi Nemeth will be replacing former Director Alton Payne who did not stand for re-election at the recent AGM held in Toronto on June 26 due to other business commitments.
