| Don Sheldon Position: Chairman Donald Alexander Sheldon (B.A.Sc. (1970 University of Toronto), M.A.Sc. (1972, University of Toronto), LL.B. (1974, Osgoode Hall Law School at York University), P.Eng. (1973, Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario)) is a mining securities lawyer practising at the firm of Sheldon Huxtable Professional Corporation in Toronto . He is also a professional engineer. Mr Sheldon has been practising corporate and commercial law for over 30 years with an emphasis on corporate finance and securities regulation. He is licensed to practise law in both Ontario and Alberta. Mr. Sheldon maintains the corporate records for MetalCORP and provides legal advice. He is and has been the director and/or officer of numerous other public corporations listed on Canadian stock exchanges. |

| Chris Dougherty Thunder Bay, Ontario Mr. Dougherty is President and one of two principal owners of Nordmin Engineering Ltd., a privately owned corporation based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Mr. Dougherty is a Professional Engineer with 22 years of experience in the global mining industry, and has directed and completed the design of mining facilities on every continent on Earth, save Antarctica. Raised in Sudbury, Ontario, Mr. Dougherty was the 5th generation of his family to work at the Garson Mine, continuing his family’s long history in the mining business. Starting as a surveyor with INCO in 1987, Mr. Dougherty has worked progressively through positions of increasing responsibility in consulting companies, up to the founding of Nordmin Engineering Ltd., an engineering consultancy dedicated to serving the mining industry, in 2005. From a single employee, the firm now has 35 employees. Mr. Dougherty has a Diploma in Technology from Cambrian College in Sudbury, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. |

| Pierre Gagne Thunder Bay, Ontario Pierre Gagne was appointed director to MetalCORP in 2004. Pierre is an owner of a Heavy Civil Construction Company located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Mr. Gagne has over twenty years experience in mineral exploration and has successfully completed many projects for major and junior mining and exploration companies. |

| Naomi Nemeth, B.Sc., Geology, M.A. Journalism Toronto, Ontario Ms. Nemeth joined metalCORP as a director in July 2007 and was appointed President and CEO from October 2009 to June 2010. Most recently she served as Vice President of Investor Relations for Homeland Energy Group Inc, a coal-producer in South Africa.Prior to this, Ms. Nemeth served in senior investor relations roles in the mining industry with African Copper, Wolfden Resources and Desert Sun Mining. With more than 20 years’ experience, Ms. Nemeth has also held senior roles in the pharmaceutical and health sciences sector as well as in the financial services sector. Ms. Nemeth began her career as a field exploration geologist with Inco in the Yukon and Northern Ontario and holds an Honours BSc in Geology and Biology from Brock University and a Masters Degree in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario. |

Mississauga, Ontario Gilles Filion is a well respected and well known professional geologist with over 25 years of global experience in the mineral resource sector. Until recently, Mr. Filion was Vice President of Exploration for Goldcorp Inc. He was an essential team member that was instrumental in the success of the world’s richest gold mine, the Red Lake Mine. Mr. Filion holds a B.Sc. degree from Ecole Ploytechnique in Montreal (1979). |
