Donald Alexander Sheldon (B.A.Sc. (1970 University of Toronto), M.A.Sc. (1972, University of Toronto), LL.B. (1974, Osgoode Hall Law School at York University), P.Eng. (1973, Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario)) is a mining securities lawyer practising at the firm of Sheldon Huxtable Professional Corporation in Toronto . He is also a professional engineer. Mr Sheldon has been practising corporate and commercial law for over 30 years with an emphasis on corporate finance and securities regulation. He is licensed to practise law in both Ontario and Alberta. Mr. Sheldon maintains the corporate records for MetalCORP and provides legal advice. He is and has been the director and/or officer of numerous other public corporations listed on Canadian stock exchanges.

Chris Dougherty, P.Eng.
President
Mr. Dougherty is President and one of two principal owners of Nordmin Engineering Ltd., a privately owned corporation based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Mr. Dougherty is a Professional Engineer with 22 years of experience in the global mining industry, and has directed and completed the design of mining facilities on every continent on Earth, save Antarctica. Raised in Sudbury, Ontario, Mr. Dougherty was the 5th generation of his family to work at the Garson Mine, continuing his family’s long history in the mining business.

Starting as a surveyor with INCO in 1987, Mr. Dougherty has worked progressively through positions of increasing responsibility in consulting companies, up to the founding of Nordmin Engineering Ltd., an engineering consultancy dedicated to serving the mining industry, in 2005. From a single employee, the firm now has 35 employees. Mr. Dougherty has a Diploma in Technology from Cambrian College in Sudbury, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay.


Charles Greig, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Penticton, British Columbia

Vice President, Exploration
Mr Greig, who holds an MSc in Geological Sciences, has more than 25 years’ experience in mineral exploration, much of it helping to design and run projects around the world. In addition to his extensive hands-on experience in mineral exploration, which includes considerable work on VMS (volcanogenic massive sulphide) and magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE properties, and which are systems similar to those present on Metalcorp’s highest-priority properties, Mr Greig also counts several dozen peer-reviewed maps and reports among his publications extending from 1988 to the present. Mr Greig, who joined MetalCORP on contract in May 2009, is responsible for evaluating project information gathered in previous phases of exploration, prioritizing and advancing each key project and overseeing MetalCORP’s exploration programs. In addition, Mr Greig will source and evaluate new projects and partnerships.

Michael C. Thompson, CFCCA (UK)

Mr. Thompson has over 30 years of Senior Financial and Operations management experience and has worked in the mining industry for the past 9 years, most recently as Senior Controller and Manager of Administration for North American Palladium Ltd (including V.P. Administration for their Lac des Isles mine). Mr. Thompson is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.
