MetalCORP Limited is a Canadian junior resource company with offices
in Toronto and Thunder Bay, Ontario, whose shares trade on the
TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MTC. The company is actively
exploring for base and precious metals throughout the Canadian Shield,
which remains one of the most prolific mineral districts on earth.

D. Alexander Sheldon, President & CEO

Don Sheldon is a mining securities lawyer with
his partnership Sheldon Huxtable. Mr Sheldon has been practicing
corporate and commercial law for over 20 years with an emphasis
on corporate finance and securities regulation. Mr. Sheldon will
be responsible for maintaining corporate records and providing
legal advice during the growth of metalCORP. He is also the director
and/or officer of several other public corporations listed on
Canadian exchanges
Aubrey J. Eveleigh, VP Exploration & COO
B.Sc., P.Geo.
Thunder Bay, Ontario
Aubrey Eveleigh is an exploration geologist,
having graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1989
with a B.Sc. in geology. Mr. Eveleigh began his exploration career
with Noranda Exploration in 1985 and started his own geological
consulting company in 1992. Mr. Eveleigh has been consulting for
various junior and major mining companies in the last 10 years
exploring for commodities such as gold, copper, nickel, zinc,
PGE’s and diamonds across Canada. He is responsible for evaluating
and acquiring mineral properties, as well as designing, managing
and carrying out exploration programs, through his consulting
company EVELEIGH Geological Consulting, on behalf of metalCORP.
Tom Mustapic, Chief Financial Officer
B.Comm., CGA
Thunder Bay, Ontario
Mr. Mustapic has more than 15 years experience
as a Certified General Accountant. He is a graduate
of Lakehead University, having received an Honours Bachelor of
Commerce degree in 1981. He has worked with Clarkson Gordon
Chartered Accountants, City of Thunder Bay and most recently,
Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board where he currently
is the Superintendent of Business and Corporate Services.
Throughout his career he has been active in the Thunder Bay community
including little league coaching, the local chapter of his professional
association, his church and Confederation College.
Gilles Filion, Director
M.Sc. A, B. Sc. P. Eng. P Geo.
Mississauga, Ontario
Gilles Filion is a well respected and well known
professional geologist with over 25 years of global experience in
the mineral resource sector. Until recently, Mr. Filion was
Vice President of Exploration for Goldcorp Inc. He was an
essential team member that was instrumental in the success of the
world’s richest gold mine, the Red Lake Mine. Mr. Filion,
who holds a B.Sc. degree from Ecole Ploytechnique in Montreal
(1979), currently serves as Vice President of Exploration for Lexam Explorations Inc., a Robert McEwan controlled company.
Pierre Gagne, Director
Thunder Bay, Ontario
Pierre Gagne has been appointed a director
to MetalCORP in 2004. Pierre is an owner of a Heavy Civil
Construction Company located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Pierre
has 20 years of experience of mineral exploration, and has worked with several
junior mining through companies with his construction company.
Alton Payne, Director
B.Sc., Geologist
Halifax, Nova Scotia
Alton Payne graduated from Memorial
University of Newfoundland in 1989 with a B.Sc. degree in Geology.
Since 1982 Mr. Payne has worked in the mining/mineral exploration
and environmental fields in various positions ranging from field
operations to senior management positions. Mr. Payne worked
for Teck Mining Corporation (1982-1985) as a student miner and
BP mining (1989-1991) at its Hope Brook gold deposit in the milling
department, backfilling operation, and also in the fire assay
laboratory and the environmental laboratory. Mr. Payne is currently
President of Matrix Environmental Inc., a full service environmental
contractor with offices throughout Atlantic Canada employing approximately
50 engineers, chemists, technicians and operators.
Allan MacTavish, Senior Geologist
B. Sc., M. Sc., P. Geo
Thunder Bay, Ontario
Allan MacTavish graduated from Laurentian University
in 1977 with a B. Sc. (Hons) in Geology and from Lakehead University
in 1992 with a M. Sc. in Geology. Since the mid-1970’s he has
worked with several major mining firms such as Amax Minerals,
St. Joe Canada, Bond Gold Canada, LAC Minerals, Homestake Canada
and the Ontario Geological Survey. Mr. MacTavish is responsible
for mineral property evaluation and the planning, implementation
and management of field exploration programs with MetalCORP.

Mitch Dumoulin, Senior Geologist

Thunder Bay, Ontario
Mitch Dumoulin graduated from the University of
Quebec a Chicoutimi in 1981 with a B.Sc. in Geology. Following
graduation, Mitch performed exploration work with SOQUEM and MNR
(Ministry of Natural Resources) in Quebec. Mr. Dumoulin began his
career in the mid 1980’s as a Mine Geologist for the Belmoral
Mines and Sigma Mines in Val D’Or, Quebec. He also worked at the
Placer Dome Musselwhite Mine in Northern Ontario until
2002. For many years Mr. Dumoulin worked as an exploration
geologist with several
companies including PlacerDome at the Campbell Mines in Red Lake, Ontario. Mr.
Dumoulin is currently responsible for the North Rock Pt-Cu
Project.

Richard Williams is President of Blackwell
Investor Relations Corp., an investor relations firm specializing
in introducing public and private companies to analysts, money
managers and brokers. He is also a director and officer of
several public and private companies, and has over 25 years
experience in the mining sector.
