and
Thunder Bay, Ontario, whose shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the
symbol MTC. The company is actively exploring for precious metals throughout
the
Canadian Shield, which remains one of the most prolific mineral districts on
earth.

The MANAGEMENT
Rodney Thomas, Chairman
B.Sc., M.Sc. Geologist
Toronto, Ontario
Rodney Thomas is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in
all phases of exploration having graduated from McGill University in 1975 with a
B. Sc. (Hons) in Earth Sciences and a M.Sc. (Applied) in Mineral Exploration
from Queen’s University in 1977. Mr. Thomas has worked with BP Minerals,
Urangesellschaft, SMDC (now Cameco), and BHP Minerals where he was responsible
for Eastern Canada gold and base metal. Mr. Thomas is presently Vice
President Exploration for Diadem Resources Ltd.
Donald Alexander Sheldon, President
B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc., LL.B., P.Eng

Don Sheldon is a mining securities lawyer with his partnership Sheldon Huxtable.
Mr Sheldon has been practicing corporate and commercial law for over 20 years
with an emphasis on corporate finance and securities regulation. Mr. Sheldon
will be responsible for maintaining corporate records and providing legal advice
during the growth of metalCORP. He is also the director and/or officer of several
other public corporations listed on Canadian exchanges
Aubrey J. Eveleigh, VP Exploration
B.Sc., P.Geo.

Aubrey Eveleigh is an exploration geologist, having graduated
from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1989 with a B.Sc. in geology. Mr.
Eveleigh began his exploration career with Noranda Exploration in 1985 and started
his own geological consulting company in 1992. Mr. Eveleigh has been consulting
for various junior and major mining companies in the last 10 years exploring
for commodities such as gold, copper, nickel, zinc, PGE’s and diamonds
across Canada. He is responsible for evaluating and acquiring mineral properties,
as well as designing, managing and carrying out exploration programs, through
his consulting company EVELEIGH Geological Consulting, on behalf of metalCORP.
Alton Payne, Director
H. B.Sc., Geologist
Halifax, Nova Scotia
Alton Payne graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1989 with
a B.Sc. degree in Geology. In 1990 Mr. Payne completed his honours thesis in
Acid Mine Drainage while working at the Hope Brook Gold Mine, NF. Since 1982
Mr. Payne has worked in the mining/mineral exploration and environmental fields
in various positions ranging from field operations to senior management positions.
In the past Mr. Payne’s mining and exploration experience consisted of
working for Noranda (1987-1989) as an exploration geologist, where he was co-founder
of the “Hammer Down” gold deposit in Newfoundland. Mr. Payne also
worked for Teck Mining Corporation (1982-1985) as a student miner and BP mining
(1989-1991) at its Hope Brook gold deposit in the milling department, backfilling
operation, and also in the fire assay laboratory and the environmental laboratory.
Mr. Payne is currently President of Matrix Environmental Inc., a full service
environmental contractor with offices throughout Atlantic Canada employing approximately
50 engineers, chemists, technicians and operators.
Pierre Gagne, Director
Thunder Bay, Ontario
Pierre Gagne has been appointed a director to MetalCORP in 2004. Pierre is an
owner of Heavy Civil Construction Company located in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Pierre has 20 years of experience of mining exploration, and has worked with
several junior mining companies with his construction company.
Harry Hodge, Consultant
P. Eng,(APEO), Geologist
Toronto, Ontario
Harry Hodge has been appointed a geological consultant to MetalCORP to help
with the acquisition and exploration of the company’s mineral projects.
Harry, who graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a B.Sc. degree in
Geology, brings approximately 40 years of knowledge and experience from the
mining/exploration industry. Mr. Hodge past experiences include Chief
Geologist for Noranda’s Horne and Quemont mines. Chief geologist for
Conwest Exploration and the Manager for Minerals Division of Shell Canada
Resources for Eastern Canada.
Allan MacTavish, Senior Geologist

Thunder Bay, Ontario
Allan MacTavish graduated from Laurentian University in 1977 with a B. Sc. (Hons)
in Geology and from Lakehead University in 1992 with a M. Sc. in Geology. Since
the mid-1970’s he has worked with several major mining firms such as Amax
Minerals, St. Joe Canada, Bond Gold Canada, LAC Mineral, Homestake Canada and
the Ontario Geological Survey. Mr. MacTavish is responsible for mineral
property evaluation and the planning, implementation and management of field
exploration programs with metalCORP.
