Net smelter return royalties on 27 (or 28) mining claims covering 5,440 (or 5,616) hectares adjacent to former producing Pickle Crow mine (2% on some claims (one-half of which can be re-purchased for $2,000,000) and 1% on other claims (one-half of which can be re-purchased for $1,000,000)). MetalCorp is also entitled to a $1,000,000 bonus on the commencement of commercial production from the property.
